Production Operator

Job TitleAssemble and inspect small electronic components used in data center servers in a cleanroom environment. This is an entry-level manufacturing role with opportunities to grow into Technician and Engineering positions. Contract-to-hire based on performance and attendance.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components, chips, and PCBs.Work in a cleanroom and wear full PPE/cleanroom suit.Perform basic soldering and mechanical assembly.Use microscopes and inspection tools to ensure quality.Follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.Use hand and power tools safely.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and production standards.Support material handling and general production tasks.Work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends as scheduled.Required SkillsManufacturing or production experience (entry-level accepted).Experience or interest in electronics assembly.Basic soldering or willingness to learn.Comfortable using microscopes and small tools.Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour shifts.Team-oriented with good communication skills.Preferred QualificationsElectronics assembly, repair, or PCB experience.Cleanroom manufacturing experience.Quality inspection experience.Experience using hand and power tools.Why Join?Clear career growth from Operator ?
