Radiology / Cardiology - Ultrasound Tech - General

(Y or N) 3x12s, Rotating D/N SAT/SUN - 5a-530p MONDAY - 5p-530a *Can float to other Cone Health facilities if needed *2 years experience required, first time travelers -- OK! *BLS required, ARDMS or ARRT Sonography required. *ARDMS (AB) and ARDMS (OB) preferred. *EPIC required, InteleRad PACS preferred. *Siemens exp *PACS, Portables We are a level 2 trauma center. M-F we are staffed with 3 day shift-technologists and 1 evening/night shift technologist. Perform on occasionally: Limited OB > 14weeks/ 1st trimester. We have a sperate tower (South tower) that handles 99.9% of the OB, Neonate, NICU, & Women's care exams, Women's & Children Center(WCC). Liver Elastrography (OP setting only). Vascular exams, we perform Renal Transplant and Liver Doppler(TIPPS eval); there is a separate department that preforms the remaining vascular exams. General department performs Para and Thoras on Sat/Sun for Inpatient/ ED patients only. Biopsies: Liver(rare occasion Contrast Enhancement), soft tissue, occasional drainages/aspirations, Kidney, & FNA of thyroid nodule.
