About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Trade Desk Representative to join a dynamic financial services team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a client service-focused role within an active trade desk environment supporting financial advisors and customers.
In this position, you will handle incoming calls related to trading activity, account servicing, and transactions, delivering a high-quality service experience while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 30 inbound calls per day from clients and financial advisors
- Assist with trade execution, fund transfers, and account-related requests
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, call-center environment
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and field advisors
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Active FINRA licenses required:
- Series 7 AND Series 63 or Series 66
- Minimum 2+ years of brokerage, trading, or trade desk experience
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Clean compliance record (FINRA BrokerCheck must be verifiable; CRD number required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services or investment operations
- Experience supporting financial advisors or working in a trade desk environment
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule:
- Remote: Monday & Friday
- On-site: Tuesday–Thursday
- Hours of operation: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM with flexible start times
- 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour lunch)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66000.00/yr.
