This role is designed for a full-time therapist who will operate primarily in a remote setting, with occasional in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Blissful Counseling Hub, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating individualized treatment plans to address each client's unique needs.
• Facilitating counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic techniques to support mental wellness.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
• Evaluating and continuously monitoring clients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated mental health services.
• Engaging in regular staff meetings and contributing to a positive organizational culture aimed at fostering growth and development among team members.

Compensation and Benefits
