Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of acute care experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 379 staffed beds, designated as a Level II Trauma Center
• PT Acute Care Hospital unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00–17:00)
• No on-call, weekend, or block scheduling requirements
• Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state as needed
• Epic EMR required

Requirements

• Active PT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
• Minimal RTO is expected for this position; requests should be submitted prior to or at the time of consideration
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Free surface parking is available in designated Employee/Visitor Parking lots on-site
