Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician responsible for the maintenance of HVAC equipment, production chillers and boilers, controls located throughout buildings, and kitchen refrigeration. This role involves servicing commercial and industrial properties, focusing on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on HVAC equipment, production chillers, and boilers.
• Manage controls located throughout buildings and kitchen refrigeration.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial properties.
• Troubleshoot service calls efficiently and effectively.
• Engage professionally in client-facing interactions.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, rooftop units, and air conditioning.
• Must possess EPA Universal Certification.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
