\nShe Recruits is partnering with a respected behavioral health hospital in the Forest Park area of Chicago to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join its growing inpatient psychiatry team.\n

\nAverage daily patient census of approximately 16 patients\n
\nMonday-Friday schedule\n
\nShared call rotation\n
\nStrong interdisciplinary treatment team\n
\nOpportunity to focus on high-quality inpatient psychiatric care\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and new patient admissions\n
\nProvide daily follow-up care and medication management\n
\nDevelop individualized treatment plans\n
\nComplete discharge planning and coordination of care\n
\nParticipate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings\n
\nCollaborate with nursing, social work, therapy, and case management teams\n
\nMaintain timely and accurate medical documentation\n
\nDeliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adult inpatient populations\n
\nQualifications\n
\nRequired\n
\nMD or DO from an accredited medical school\n
\nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry\n
\nEligible for Illinois medical licensure\n
\nStrong clinical skills in adult inpatient psychiatry\n
\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\n
\nCommitment to providing patient-centered behavioral healthcare\n
\n
