Work Environment\nAs a remote position based in a Community Health Clinic setting, this role allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured approach to therapy. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to inform tailor-made treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adapting approaches as needed to fit individual client circumstances. \n
- Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, supporting clients through various treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all aspects of client care are addressed holistically. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, treatment progress, and modifications to treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Provide feedback and insights on best practices to enhance existing therapeutic interventions within the team. \n
Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients, embracing their unique stories and needs. Your interventions will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes and foster resilience in those you serve.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is essential. \n
- Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings. \n
- Proficient computer skills with a familiarity of electronic health records (EHR) systems and tools like Google Suite. \n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage clients and document treatment processes. \n

- Experience with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, children from low-income families, or clients with chronic mental health diagnoses, is preferred. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote counseling practices will be considered an asset. \n
