Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Shop Helpers to join a fabrication team in Claremore, OK . This hands-on role supports fabrication operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, and helping maintain production flow in a fast-paced metal shop environment.

Required Experience & Skills
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or fabrication environments
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math
• Comfortable handling metal materials and fabricated parts
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn machine operation and fabrication processes
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist press brake operators during setup and production
• Load and unload metal sheets, raw materials, and finished parts
• Position materials accurately for bending and forming operations
• Remove completed parts and stage them for the next production process
• Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and inspection tools
• Perform basic deburring, grinding, and finishing work as needed
• Support quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work closely with machine operators and team leads to maintain efficient production flow

Work Environment
• Industrial fabrication / metal shop environment
• Exposure to metal materials, fabrication equipment, machinery noise, and active production operations
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
• Team-oriented production setting
