Job Description Registered Dietitian Registered DietitianJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition care plans to seniors living in a Skilled Nursing Setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement nutrition care plans for senior residents in multiple locationsAssess the nutritional needs of residents and provide appropriate recommendationsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive careEducate residents and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habitsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plansMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition assessments and care plansRequirements Proven experience as a DietitianExperience working with seniors in a senior living environmentStrong knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating habitsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Nutrition or related fieldRegistered Dietitian (RD) certification FLEXIBLE HOURS!!!!! 2 days on site and the rest of the required work can be completed remotely. xmvmafu Location is in Minneapolis.
