Registered Nurse | Cardiac Intensive Care Unit

As a CICU RN, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions. This role allows you to develop and utilize advanced skills in cardiac nursing. Schedule Full-time| 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite Nights | 8 and 12-hour | 11pm-7:30am and 7pm-7:30am Every 4th weekend | Predetermined holiday rotation Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree: Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour Benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired Current Minnesota RN license required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider care required National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program Hiring Incentives To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
