Position Title : Department Assistant
Employment Type : Regular Full-time
Credentials Required : High School Diploma/GED
Special Skills/ Knowledge Required : Organized and detail orientated, proficient in Microsoft, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Primary Functions of job :
1.Organize and maintain files.
2.Work with staff to make sure proper documentation is turned in.
3.Process MPW applications and enter billing for the MPW Program.
4.Monitor incoming documentation and enter information on proper reports .
5.Maintain spreadsheets pertaining to daily operations of MPW program.
Shift/Days & Work Hours : 1st shift Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
