Opportunity Overview
A patient-centered community health organization in Central Ohio is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join an integrated care team.
This opportunity provides comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan , with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute care, and coordinated whole-person healthcare.
The physician will work alongside professionals across medical, dental, behavioral health, nursing, and care coordination disciplines , creating a collaborative environment focused on accessible, comprehensive, and patient-centered care.
