Travel Physical Therapist - Albany, Oregon Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hour days Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTEN Graduated from an accredited school Minimum one year of experience Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in the process of obtaining licensure Current CPR certification Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, determining their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Provide direct patient care and establish a treatment program with specific goals determined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services or interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet physical therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for patients.
