Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Catskill, NY. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role requires clinicians who can integrate quickly into an SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New York State OT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities required. Candidates must be able to start contributing immediately in an SNF setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and discharge planning preferred.
• Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.
