Your day to day activities will include assessing the current state identifying customer requirements and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research gather and synthesize information to support decision making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Health Informatics is required Expert proficiency in Epic Systems is recommended Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools Business Process Design SQL Data Analysis and Electronic Health Records EHR is suggestedDevelop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiativesCollaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutionsProvide insightful analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer experienceSupport less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices within the teamContribute to the evaluation and selection of tools and methodologies that enhance project delivery and qualityBasic Qualifications3 years of experience in a technical roleHigh School Diploma / GEDPreferred QualificationsExpert proficiency in Epic SystemsExpert proficiency in Business Process Analysis ToolsBusiness Process Design SQLData Analysis and Electronic Health Records EHRBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
