Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Rialto, Ca. 

Pay Range: $26.00

What’s the Job?  

1. Answers telephone calls and/or email regarding service in English & Spanish, operation or maintenance.
2. Accurately processes customer in-person and electronic file payments using the Customer
3. Information System
4. Researches and answers -customer inquiries.
5. Process customer requests for service or start/stop service.
6. Performs clerical and administrative duties as required
7. Processes customer complaints and forwards to proper department to properly address concerns

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED plus additional specialized courses or associate's degree in a related field. 

At least one or more years internal or directly related experience with knowledge of departmental functions, policies, procedures, terminology and interrelationships.
