Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred. Candidates should be comfortable treating ages 10 through geriatric.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 30+ hours; flexible part-time and 4x10 options may be considered.
• Dry needling or other specialty services experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits:

• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 (paid half at 90 days and half at 6 months).
• Retention bonus of $3,000 after 3 years (may increase to $4,000).
• Productivity bonuses paid quarterly; potential up to approximately $11,000/year based on productivity thresholds.
• Annual continuing education allowance of $2,500.
• Opportunities for additional pay for optional Saturday hours.
