Sam's Club #8210 – 600 N Burleson Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028-2901 R-2532028 | $17.00 – $25.00/hr | Shifts may vary Position Summary Member Services Associate responsible for greeting members, operating front‑end equipment, handling member transactions, maintaining the checkout area, and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment. Provides guidance on self‑service technology and participates in training and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Provide member service, greet and verify membership cards, and assist members with purchasing decisions. Operate checkout equipment, process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Maintain a clean and organized checkout and entrance/exit areas, including safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions. Zone and organize merchandise, manage inventory, and identify shrink or damage. Assist with securing Sam's Club assets, monitor for potential criminal activity, and maintain required documentation. Participate in training and rollout of new programs, technologies, and tools to frontline associates. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and maintaining integrity and compliance. Communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change, difficulty, and feedback. Work as a team, mentor peers, and create an inclusive workplace that supports belonging and development. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Working knowledge of mobile retail applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with self‑service technology and new retail tools. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
