We are seeking a Server Assistant (P.M.) to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Server Assistant will be responsible for servicing guests, assisting with functions for server, and delivering food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment and providing lateral service when necessary.

We have a full-time position available.

This role is a P.M. position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays.

This role is designated for our restaurant, Nobu Manalapan.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be the age of 18 or older to serve alcohol.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service. (desired)
• Certification in Alcohol awareness program. (desired)
• Certification in Food Handlers program. (desired)

Essential Skills:

• Ability to understand guest’s service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service several guests within any given period of time.
• Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and transporting items of varying weights, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
