Lead Groomer Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional grooming services with quality and care
• Mentor and support fellow groomers
• Help maintain high grooming standards and client satisfaction
• Lead by example with professionalism and positivity
• Assist with training and creating an outstanding customer experience

Experienced Groomer Responsibilities

• Groom dogs safely and professionally according to breed standards and client requests
• Build lasting relationships with pet parents
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Professional grooming experience required
• Ability to groom a variety of breeds independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and dependable
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred for mobile grooming)
