Materials Management Contracts Coordinator

: The Contract Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle process. This role will support and facilitate standardization initiatives across the organization. Monitors contract termination dates and ensure they are addressed timely. Negotiate contract terms and conditions and/or pricing. Verifies that contract prices are being enforced and takes the lead on ensuring that they are loaded and processed in the system. Monitors and tracks rebates to ensure that contractual terms are met, and rebates are received and recorded. Assist in the preparation of formal bid specifications including Requests for Proposal. Develops and maintains strong relationships and closely works with multiple departments, legal counsel, and external vendors for vendor compliance, and regulatory compliance to achieve optimized financial and operational value. 2 year/Associate Degree (preferred) 3-5 years experience
