Business AnalystRequired Skills & Experience• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years relevant experience in life sciences / medical device industry and 2+ years' experience in business analysis / technical analyst support• Demonstrated knowledge of reimbursement processes, ICD-10 coding / terminology, medical record review, physician, clinic, patient, insurance, prescription to cash process expertise • Professional persistence, negotiations skills, managing details, planning / organization skills, and a strong proficiency in multi-tasking and time management• Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to interface with business and technical peers • Knowledge of SAP, Claims workflow or other integrated software applications preferred.Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Medical TerminologyJob Description: A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Business Analyst who will partner with business colleagues and technical teams to define and document business processes, system enhancement requests, and system issues. This includes, but is not limited to, research, analysis, requirements documentation, test scenarios / test script documentation, and training of business users.Key Responsibilities:Acts as the business representative with the technical teams related to applications, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and data related to the evaluation and implementation of automation and technology process improvementsDocuments business processes and procedures, business requirements, data flow diagrams, test scenarios, test scripts, and maintains trace matrix for use in confirmation of requirements to design to test script executionExecutes the test plan during user acceptance testing (UAT) through documented completion of all test scenarios, identifies defects, issues, and recommends approval of the user acceptance testing phase and subsequent implementation phasePlans and effectively communicates features / enhancements releases to ensure business resource are informed of new functionality and systems.Working with IT, supports issue identification, documentation, and resolution of technical / application issuesHolds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.Collaborates with Audit & Risk Management function to identify business risks, and develop and implement preventive strategies for functional area.Other duties as assigned Insight Global
