Overview The Real Estate practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions. Posting details The Washington, DC office of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 -7 years of experience to support the Real Estate practice. Our practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle as well as sophisticated lending transactions. Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings or joint ventures is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. The Washington, DC salary for this position is $260,000 to $420,000 although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified. This position is eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program.
