Training and Compliance Manager

They lead and develop the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) in the First Aid and Safety Division. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover. The focus is to grow our Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
