Track and manage accounts payable. Assist with administrative office tasks, correspondence, job file management, phone handling and weekly reports, as needed. All financial activity is recorded correctly and in a timely manner. All records are kept neat and organized. All necessary information concerning finances is communicated to the Owner. Assistance is given to other members of the office staff, when necessary. A PuroClean accounting clerk takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.Responsibilities:Managing all aspects of financial administration, billing, invoicing, reconciling accounts, tax reports and petty cash.Record keeping of all fixed assets and regular reporting to management and ownershipProfessional development of PuroClean® specific skills and expertise, procedures, and processesReview and make sure all timesheets and timecards are processed for payroll and payroll taxes are to be completed accurately and timelyWeekly collection of accounts receivable and reporting to managementAccurately track and report business income and expenses, ensuring sound financial data and records.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of QuickBooksAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Representing the brand with honesty, integrity, and professionalismAptitude with handling customers and teammates with empathy, and clarity of 'message'Skilled with organization, record keeping and close attention to detailRespect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
