Surveillance Shift Manager - Full Time

The Role As a Surveillance Shift Manager, you will support the overall integrity of gaming and protect guests, employees and company assets, and oversee surveillance operations in the absence of the Director of Surveillance. Responsibilities Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun‑filled, entertaining atmosphere Promote Bally's customer‑centric culture of superior guest service and build long‑lasting guest relations Manage the overall operations of the Surveillance department Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and company initiatives Manage the department’s budget, including capital expenditures Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action Safeguard company assets across the facility Review all Surveillance Incident Reports Perform duties related to the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self‑Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally's Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls Collaborate with the Illinois Gaming Board and Chicago Police Department on investigations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have casino surveillance leadership experience Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Knowledge of all casino game rules Knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations Three years of experience in surveillance operations, particularly in a leadership role Above‑average math skills Strong organizational and decision‑making abilities Excellent customer and employee relations skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays What’s in it for you Competitive salary with annual performance reviews (Target salary range: $65,000‑$70,000 per year) Comprehensive health coverage plan including medical, dental and vision 401(k) with company match Access perks and childcare discounts $7 daily employee parking garage Additional benefits Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently required to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time Frequently required to define color Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet Frequently required to lift items up to 25 pounds Frequently required to reach overheadOccasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time Exposure to bright lights, loud noise and stressful situations Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
