Maintenance Technician

Position Summary National Beef is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support production operations at our Dodge City facility. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Essential Job Duties Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Inspect machinery and identify potential issues before failures occur Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Install, modify, and test equipment as needed Follow all safety, OSHA, food safety, and company policies Work closely with production teams to support operational efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area #J-18808-Ljbffr
