Job Description

Sizemore, Inc. is NOW HIRING Housekeeper Industrial Cleaners

Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Schedules Available:

• Sunday-Wednesday
• Wednesday-Saturday

Shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a 7-year background check and drug test

Job Duties

• Remove and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, etc.
• Clean various flooring surfaces using push/backpack vacuums (9-12 lbs), sweep, mop, and scrub.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely, following proper labeling and dilution guidelines.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe and operational condition.
• Operate equipment such as augers, balers, and waste compactors as needed.
• Report irregularities and uphold company and client policies.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Overtime may be required.
• Work environments vary-inside, outside, and changing weather conditions.
• Extensive standing/walking (85-90% of shift).
• Frequent stair climbing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
