Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 16-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:5/6
• Work a 3x12 day shift schedule (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) with every 3rd weekend rotation (Friday and Saturday), including at least 2 Sundays within each 6-week period
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Float to like units as needed per staffing requirements
• Participate in full onsite orientation during the first week, with availability required each day

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel RN on a Medical Surgical unit
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to adhere to dress code: navy scrubs (no hoodies, non-scrub jackets, or crocs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background in Acute Care or Medical Surgical specialty
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible approach to scheduling
