In this role, you'll serve as a technical resource on groundwater supply and help solve complex subsurface challenges. You'll combine deep technical expertise with practical problem-solving to delivery accurate results helping clients navigate regulatory requirements while protecting the communities and environments we serve. What You’ll Do Serve as a technical resource withing the Assessment and Remediation section Support groundwater supply, environmental assessment, remediation, landfill compliance and related projects Plan and perform hydrologic investigations Develop conceptual site models Construct, calibrate, and apply groundwater-flow and contaminant-transport models Interpret complex geologic and groundwater data Prepare technically accurate deliverables Develop practical solutions that address client objective and regulatory requirements Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Science in Geology, Hydrology or similar; Master of Science preferred 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting Direct experience with MODFLOW, MODPATH, AQTESOLV and Groundwater Vistas Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and on uneven terrain Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving Burgess & Niple is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, national origin, disability status, marital status, sexual orientation, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Burgess & Niple, Inc.
