Ammunition Technician

Job Details Location: Cody, Wyoming Employment: Full-Time Compensation: $18/hr What You’ll Be Doing As a Ammunition Technician Thoroughly inspect all materials for defects and verify accurate lot and part numbers before use. Proficiently set up and operate Dillion presses, single stage equipment, and other relevant tools. Strictly adhere to documented work instructions. Promptly notify the manager of any discrepancies. Perform in-process quality checks as outlined in work instructions. Report any non-conforming materials. Conduct shooting tests to verify LOT to LOT velocity tolerances. Execute final inspections. Inspect packaging material during the packaging process, discarding any non-conforming materials. Accurately record material consumption when closing MOs. Verify the correctness of lot numbers and labeling. Maintain a clean and presentable workstation daily. Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained. Achieve daily throughput goals as determined by the lead. Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Ammunition Technician: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and function in a high-pressure environment. 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
