HR Generalist

Robert Half is getting ready for our busiest time of year - Q4. We are proactively recruiting for HR Generalists to join the Robert Half network. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple areas of HR, including employee relations, onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, recruiting support, and general HR administration. You will serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers while helping ensure a positive and well-organized employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HR operations and serve as a resource for employees and managers.Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding activities.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Assist with benefits administration, including employee questions, enrollments, and changes.Support employee relations matters and escalate more complex issues as appropriate.Assist with recruiting activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and background checks.Maintain personnel files and ensure required employment documentation is complete and accurate.Help administer company policies, procedures, and HR programs.Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.Assist with leave administration, timekeeping, and payroll-related HR processes.Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.Partner with managers on employee lifecycle activities and HR-related questions.Assist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and overall employee experience.Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
