What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day accounting operations Ensure accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash management and related processes are completed accurately and on time Prepare and present financial reports in a clear, easy‑to‑understand format Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Analyze financial performance and identify trends, opportunities and risks Coordinate with outside tax and accounting professionals Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements Help improve processes, systems and controls as the company grows Serve as a trusted financial resource to leadership What Success Looks Like Here Financial information is accurate and timely Problems are identified before they become emergencies Leaders trust the numbers and use them to make decisions Deadlines are met consistently Processes improve over time You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks What Makes This Role Different This is not just about debits and credits.
