We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary Communications Specialist. This dynamic role requires a blend of exceptional customer service, efficient data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a Communications Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for callers and clients, providing essential support and representing our services with professionalism and a problem-solving approach. This position combines elements of a Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Clerk, and Dispatcher, focusing on real-time decision-making and precise communication.

Communications Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers and clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
• Leverage sales experience to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and promote relevant services
• Accurately and efficiently enter data, maintaining a minimum typing speed of 40 Words Per Minute (WPM)
• Effectively multitask by navigating and utilizing multiple screens, tabs, and software systems simultaneously
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professional phone etiquette, prioritizing and addressing multiple calls as needed
• Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-stress situations, providing calm and clear communication
• Make quick, informed decisions in real-time to resolve issues and support client needs

Communications Specialist Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Must successfully pass a DCI background check
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
