Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Job Title: Senior Manager - Discoverability (SEO & AEO) Location: Hybrid Role, 2-3x a week in Denver, CO About the Role Our engineering software client is seeking a Senior Manager of Discoverability to lead global organic growth initiatives across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences. This strategic leader will own SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) efforts, ensuring content and digital experiences remain highly visible and authoritative. The role requires a combination of technical SEO expertise, executive communication skills, and an understanding of how AI platforms discover and cite information. Success will be measured through organic traffic growth, search visibility, pipeline contribution, and overall digital discoverability. Key Requirements 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 5+ years focused on enterprise SEO Proven success driving organic growth within a B2B technology or software organization Deep knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, and site architecture Expertise with enterprise SEO platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or similar Strong understanding of AI-driven search, LLMs, and evolving search behaviors Advanced experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and reporting tools Nice-to-Have Skills Experience building AEO or AI optimization programs Knowledge of entity-based SEO strategies Power BI or Looker Studio expertise Experience presenting search strategy to executive leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
