Role Description The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care in an on-site clinical setting located in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role includes performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modality-based treatments. The Physical Therapist will regularly reassess progress, document clinical findings, and communicate care plans clearly to patients, families, and referring providers. Day-to-day responsibilities also include educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The role requires adherence to professional standards, clinic protocols, and all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for patients of varying ages and activity levels. Experience providing patient-centered Home Care guidance, including safe and effective home exercise programs and self-management strategies. Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain), in good standing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport in a one-on-one care setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a consistent full-time patient caseload. Experience with advanced modalities (e.g., manual therapy, dry needling, Tecar therapy, laser, electrical stimulation, shockwave therapy) is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
