City of Bedford is seeking a Customer Service/Utility Billing Clerk to support the Utility Billing Division by handling customer inquiries, processing service requests, and reconciling payments. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
