Job Details

• Location: Tehachapi, California
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology; registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)); valid Radiologic Technologist license in California; advanced certification in computed tomography (CT); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; fluoroscopy license in California if operating fluoroscopy equipment; venipuncture certification in California if performing contrast material administration.
• Essential Functions: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care for individuals ranging from adolescence through geriatric; produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation; utilizes PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images accurately; maintains patient records, files, and billing data; ensures patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations; performs routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment; manages supply inventory; performs additional job-related duties as assigned.
• Additional Information: The role requires a flexible, detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills capable of operating imaging equipment efficiently in a community healthcare setting. The candidate must be prepared to work night shifts and comply with all vaccination and organizational policies.
