Fresh Prep Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Fresh Prep plays an important role in delivering high-quality food and an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in food preparation, cleanliness, and consistency.

As a Fresh Prep Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other cold-prep items while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and proper portioning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other fresh menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow proper recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas
• Practice safe food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients throughout the shift
• Stock and rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Support the kitchen team with additional prep and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Kitchen or food prep experience is preferred, but not required

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
