Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide (Full-Time) Location: Toms River, NJ Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay Rate: $17 per hour Position Overview InMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a reliable, motivated Full-Time Physical Therapy Aide to join our Toms River team. This role is essential in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for our patients. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient preparation and treatment setup Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and equipment Prepare modalities and exercise equipment as directed Escort patients to and from treatment areas Schedule appointments and assist with front desk tasks as needed Stock supplies and ensure clinic readiness throughout the day Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment Follow all safety, HIPAA, and clinic protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical office preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients as needed Benefits $17/hour starting pay Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Supportive team environment Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare field #J-18808-Ljbffr
