Consumers Credit Union in Jackson, MI is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding member service, open new accounts, process IRA transactions, and cross-sell products to meet members' financial needs. You will handle deposits and withdrawals, educate members on online banking and Bill Pay, and uphold confidentiality while applying security guidelines.
