Active New Jersey state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or inpatient settings preferred. This requirement is client-specific and may be enforced. Experience with orthopedic and neurological patient populations preferred. Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records. Specific EMR experience may be required by the client. Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility environment. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
