Company Information: A company in Columbus, Indiana is hiring 3rd ShiftIndustrial Electricians to their team! This is a direct hire opportunity!This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial automation equipment, PLCs, robotics, and electrical control systems.Industrial Electrician's Pay/Benefits:Up to $42/HR (based on experience)Opportunities for growth!Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more!Overtime availableAnd more!Schedule:3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 10:30PM-6:45AMJob Duties:Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade plant electrical systemsWork with PLCs, programmable controllers, VFDs, PWM drives, servo motors, and related equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsPerform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipmentInstall, modify, adjust, and repair electrical components and controlsTroubleshoot Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, and other automation systemsSupport production by responding to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairsFollow all plant safety procedures and report potential hazardsMaintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activitiesRequirements:4+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, or automation experience OR Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Maintenance Electrician, Mechatronics, or a related fieldAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematicsKnowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repair techniquesExperience with PLCs and industrial automation systems preferredExperience with Fanuc and/or Motoman robotics preferredKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsHow to apply: Email me your resume at View email address on ziprecruiter.com or call me at View phone number on ziprecruiter.com.Visit our office in person: Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pmOutside office hours – you can connect with us via:Online application: us: - Us/Default.aspx\Visit our office in person: 1405 Washington Street Columbus, IN 47201About Us: Serving the Columbus, Shelbyville, Edinburgh, Franklin, Seymour, North Vernon, and the surrounding counties, Express Employment Professionals is a full-service staffing agency specializing in Industrial, Warehouse, Administrative, Skilled Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance positions
