Valet Position at The Cape Club

The Cape Club at Kiawah Island Club is seeking a polished and service-oriented Valet to provide exceptional arrival and departure experiences for members and guests. As the first and last point of contact at the Club, the Valet plays a key role in setting the tone for each visit—offering a warm welcome, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless service from the moment of arrival to final departure. This is a Full Time position with typical hours ranging from 9:30am-7:30pm. Holidays and weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles.
• Assist with luggage, golf clubs, and other personal items as needed.
• Maintain a strong presence at the Club entrance, ensuring a clean and organized valet area.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and other departments to coordinate service.
• Provide directions, club information, and personalized assistance when requested.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, Club policies, and safety procedures.
• Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Prior valet, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading items.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
