Senior Procurement Manager

Overseeing a full range of procurement and subcontract administration activities, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will manage subcontracting work, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) while integrating subcontract work within broader program objectives in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Drive all aspects of major subcontract execution, including cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance Oversee the entire procurement cycle, coordinating between technical teams and suppliers across various functions Manage subcontract funding, modifications, and day-to-day administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and government requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree highly desired Typically 15+ years of experience in procurement and subcontract management, with at least 5 years in a management role Minimum 8-10 years of subcontracts management experience, particularly with complex Subcontract Agreements Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations Significant experience negotiating Subcontract Agreements valued in the $25-$50M range
