Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Position Role Provides safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and coordinate patient care, upholds patient rights, maintains confidentiality, and aligns with organizational mission and standards. Responsibilities Manages diverse cases including post-op CABG/valve, neurosurgical, trauma, and renal patients. Ensures quality care, evaluates caregiver performance, and performs all duties professionally. Qualifications & Skills Must have a nursing degree (associate's, diploma, or BSN), hold a current RN license, and obtain Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit needs. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform other physical tasks is essential. Key Duties Deliver direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with team members to optimize patient recovery.
