Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION Assists with administrative tasks as needed Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Duties Print / Send all outgoing mail Make follow-up calls to clients to check on specified documents Upload appeals / responses to the QuickSubmit portal Assist front desk during absences / when needed (answer calls, scan/sort mail) Stock printer/overflow stations on all floors with incoming supplies Team / Firm side projects or miscellaneous tasks Competencies Adaptability/Being Resilient Communication Decision Quality Integrity & Trust Organization Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Internship is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday, with multiple options for the shift start/end time. A total of 25-29 hours is worked per week. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma and 1 year of office-related work experience.
