Tony Okeke Agency, LLC is a Farmers-affiliated agency focused on helping motivated insurance agents, also known as producers, build successful insurance careers. Were seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to solicit, quote, and sell personal, commercial, and life insurance products while building lasting client relationships. Youll service and retain agency clients, support daily operations, and work within a hybrid environment. With warm leads, licensing assistance, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities, youll have the resources to grow your skills and take your insurance career further.
- $36,000 base salary
- First-year average $50,000-$75,000 with base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities- Solicit, quote, and sell insurance products
- Service and retain agency clients
- Assist with agency operations and workflow
- Maintain required licenses and carrier appointments
- Follow carrier, agency, and regulatory requirements
- Complete other assigned agency responsibilities
- Prior relevant insurance experience
- Phone sales and cold-calling experience
- Comfortable using current technology
- Familiar with the local community
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
