Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ICU RN to provide specialized critical care nursing services in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care and support clinical teams efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adjust care as necessary.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the required state.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure critical care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
